FAQ
I don’t take insurance and am self-pay only, though you can use HSA/FSA benefits to pay for sessions.

What’s the process for new clients?
First, send me a message! We can schedule a 15-minute phone or video consultation to talk about what you’re looking for, and, if it feels like a good fit for both of us, schedule an appointment.
We might start with getting to know your history, or what’s been going on for you lately. We’ll talk about what you want to see change as a result of coming to therapy, and how our work together might facilitate that.
What happens in the first session?
How does payment work?
The office is on the corner of Gallatin Pike and McMahan. There’s a parking lot in front of the building, accessible from McMahan. If the parking lot is full, there’s plenty of street parking available on both McMahan and Gallatin. Please do not park in the spaces on the side of or behind the building, as those are reserved for the business next door.
Does your office have parking?
Do you have both in-person and online sessions?
I do! There are a few times during the week that I’m only available to meet over video, but otherwise it’s up to you. Sessions scheduled for in-person can be switched to video in cases of transportation issues or symptoms of illness.
