I have been working in the mental health field since 2012, after graduating with my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2011. I currently work with a team of mental health specialists at an outpatient community mental health center, as well as operating a private practice. Through my training and experience, I have developed an interest in working with individuals in late adolescence through adulthood who are struggling with a wide variety of issues, life experiences, and stressors.

Individual therapy may be right for you if you have been experiencing depressed mood, a change in sleep habits, excessive crying, feeling overly anxious, feeling hopeless, having difficulty controlling your thoughts, having panic attacks, having problems concentrating, problems in your relationships, significant difficulties in work or school, or having problems completing tasks. I utilize a variety of treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, all with the goal of improving your well-being.
Online sessions are available through secure audio/video connection via Doxy.me. These sessions may be helpful for those with tighter schedules or during travel. Sessions are scheduled within office hours and can be accessed from any web device.
I currently am not taking insurance. A 50-minute individual therapy session begins at $100, payable by cash, check, and all major credit cards. A sliding scale fee is available on a limited basis.
A full session fee will be charged for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.
