Life is stressful.

We face challenges every day. On a good day, they might not be as noticeable. It’s those other days: maybe we get an unexpected curveball, or there’s a few extra layers of stress, and the voices telling us that we’re not trying hard enough, not accomplishing enough, or just not good enough start to get louder.

Have you ever tried shutting those voices off or ignoring them? Do you ever feel like a failure when that doesn’t work?

When those thoughts, or life in general, get too overwhelming to manage, we can get thrown off balance. My goal as a therapist is to create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to cultivate the life you want for yourself.
